Im looking for a someone to share a beautiful, turn-of-the-century M Streets home with me and a manx cat, Lilly.

The House:

Built in the early 1900s, it has high ceilings, crown moulding, hardwood floors throughout, and a working fire place. Its retained original details like leaded-glass windows, turn key doorbell, and charming built in kitchen nooks.

Out front is the original brick deck and rose garden. The backyard is fenced and ripe with summertime activity potential.

Approx. 1580 sq. ft., its a huge space for two, with multiple common spaces.

We share a bathroom (M Street houses are known as high on charm, low on bathrooms). If youre one of the bathroom people, do not fear! Im not one of your kind.

The house is fully furnished with well-appointed fittings. Your bedroom comes either furnished or unfurnished, depending on your situation and needs.
