The freshly updated 1380 sq ft house is roomy, COMFORTABLE, clean & comes with many amenities to make your vacation relaxing. On the 2nd main living level there is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo & a washer/dryer. On the 3rd level there is a full bathroom w a tub/shower combo.

Downstairs on lower level is a Ping Pong table & Foosball, 2 Kayaks, beach toys, ice chest, beach chairs & storage area. The lot next door is available for Games,Volleyball & Horseshoes. The house has central A/C, hardwood floors in common areas & plush carpet in 2 of the bedrooms, an all-electric kitchen that comes with basic seasonings, ice maker,plenty of cooking pots, pans, utensils to prepare complete meals.There are 2 TVs Cable and wifi for your devises. We have a nice propane grill for your use.
