There is a sense of privacy and solitude that surrounds the house. In reality, you are in the middle of a perfect winter or summer vacation spot.Half way between salt lake city and Park City, about 20 minutes each way along HWY 80.

The property is made up of 2 units and a permanent tenant lives in the smaller one below. It is completely separate from the vacation rental home offered here with its own entrance and parking space and most often guests dont even know he is there.
