This apartment is a student housing place so they do separate girls and boys. There is no drinking or smoking. Wifi is free all you need to buy is your own router. There are six rooms in this apartment, but only five rooms are occupied, so each girl gets their own room. All of us have different school schedules so were never really home all at once. My lease is over in May however if you wish to continue the lease throughout the year you can renew it. Please contact me as soon as possible. I want to move out by the first week of March, but I am willing to compromise if you want to move in sooner or later just let me know. (You have to be a female, preferably of the ages 17-25)
