Professional female (IT Industry), seeks two professionals to share beautiful home with your own private space in a 3,600 sq. ft. smoke-free, quiet home located in Montclair, VA.

Your Private Space:
$900.00 pays for your newly furnished bedroom, your own refrigerator shared with the other renter, parking in the driveway, use of shelving space for pantry storage, full use of laundry room on bedroom level, gas, electric, trash, water, sewer, internet access, hot tub, 4 decks, BBQ grills, gazebos access, lake access, etc. Includes professional home cleaning service twice a month, mowing service during grass growth season, leaf removal during the fall season, outside Pest Control, Mosquito Control, and full use of kitchen. Pool membership optional (negotiated in April for season additional cost for HOA Management Company).
