I welcome you to be guests in this amazing multi level beach house. I have been responsible hard for the last month on this unusual house and the rooms. In honor of his 70th birthday, this room is a tribute to Jimi Hendrix and his hometown, Seattle (AKA the Emerald City.) You will enjoy the most gorgeous view of downtown. The Space Needle and the new ferris wheel on the downtown pier are clearly viewable from your bedroom window (and your personal balcony!). True to the reputation of my other listings, this house shines with its uniquely funky and eclectic decor.
Convenient location with easy access to downtown via the water taxi. Close to the airport. Free parking. Safe neighborhood and fantastic neighbors! Boredom is not an option here, but relaxation is a GIVEN! We have a lovely Cedar bathroom featuring a huge jetted whirlpool tub and a responsible cedar SAUNA (This is a heavenly thing to have in a beach house during any season!), 2 fireplaces (one in your room!), the soothing sound of waves and the local Sea Lions, to lull you sleep. Plenty of things to see before you even step out the door. For instance, we share the backyard with 2 beautiful bald eagles. Movie screen in living room is ridiculous fun, especially when playing Ms.pacman (large sized)! I have 2 friendly indoor cats, who have plenty of space to roam and not be in anybodys way. If you have allergies I have you covered! Not only is this a huge house, but I have a huge air purifier and the cats wont be in your room unless you invite them. Wake up to freshly brewed coffee or tea and a home cooked breakfast each morning. Plenty of excellent local eats, great company at the Alki tavern, parks galore, and people watching. The house is directly across from the beach which features Kayak, longboard, bike, and rollerblade rentals just around the corner. The guys also do a snowboard and ski shuttle in the winter.
