I have a small dog, a Yorkshire Terrier. He is active and lots of fun. I am a friendly, good hearted professional woman who works in rehabilitation medicine.

I am renting a furnished room with a large closet and view of my backyard. You will have access to all the common areas in my home as well as the washer and dryer. My home has a small front yard and a good size, completely private back yard with a grill. I have a state of the art alarm system.

My kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare food. All utilities are provided. High speed internet , cable and netflix. I will only rent to females. I would prefer a professional person.
