$825 room for rent in Oakland Suburbs East East Bay

I have 1 room to rent in my home in (in East Oakland). Theres street parking. International Blvd. is 2 blocks away with shops and places to eat. Right on the corner is a bus stop for public transportation that can take you to Bart, or you could walk if you prefer . The room is 10 x 10 with 2 closets. The rent is $825.00, which includes cable tv, WIFI, & utilities are in the rent. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Ideally, Im looking for someone that is employable and responsible, that doesnt do drugs, and can stay at least six months, thats not too noisy. We are LBGT friendly.
