The villa is completely stocked: beach chairs and towels, bikes and kayaks are included onsite. Located direct waterfront, residents of this villa enjoy spectacular views of sunsets over the mangroves and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse in the distance.

A boat slip is located directly behind the one story villa and can be rented during your stay. Enjoy fishing from 2 piers or strolling along the boardwalk.

There are 2 separate bedrooms each with private bath. Everything is new-less than 3 years old including stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz counter tops, glass tile back-splashes, furniture, linens, and mattresses (1 queen and 2 twins). There are 2 flat-screen TVs. Cable and Wifi included.

Shower/tub combo in one bathroom and walk-in shower in the other. Designated laundry room has new full size washer and dryer.

One month minimum rental.

Pets: with permission up to 2 small dogs, maximum combined weight 60lbs. Breed and weight of your dog must be disclosed at time of your registration. Sorry no cats.
