The house easily sleeps six people. The master bedroom is air conditioned with a king size bed, private bathroom and offers a view of the ocean at sunrise. Bedroom #2 is air conditioned also. has a queen size bed. The living room has a 42 flat screen TV, DVD player. futon at living room. The fully equipped kitchen looks out onto the balcony which has a dining table, bar, lounge chairs, tall table & chairs, and a 24? TV.


We are only five minutes from the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, ever-popular Kioskos?a stretch of restaurants and bars offering local, ethnic and traditional cuisine. El Yunque Rain Forest?the only rain forest in the U.S. forestry service?is only a few minutes down the road. Horseback riding, zip lining, go-carts, and ATV rentals are only a 10-minute drive away. The Bioluminescent Bay, ferry to Culebra and Vieques, golf and casino are only 15-20 minutes east in Fajardo. San Juan is only 34 miles to the west where you can visit El Morro and San Cristobal forts, the Bacardi Factory, and enjoy the many shops and sites in the old city.

My--2 grandparents, me, my husband and peoples ages 2 and 4 stayed here in December 2012. The house was great for everyone. It was clean and well-maintained and is as it appears in the photos.. We made meals at home and ate in the terrace dining and living room, which was a really nice area to hang out in and for the kids to play in. It was quick to drive to the rain forest, the beach and the nature preserve in Fajardo. Marcos was extremely helpful with directions and getting us settled. The house even had toys we could borrow for a day at the beach!!more info!!
