Hi! I am looking for my next housemate, I live in a safe and quiet area in Alajuela city, walking distances to the bank, restaurants, bus station, cab service, supermarket. The place will be available on February 2014, also I have a parking space if you have a car. The place has 2 rooms, 1 1/2 bathroom, 2 floor, and a beautiful balcony with a nice view to the central valley, downstairs it has living and dining room, kitchen, laundry room, yard, garden and garage for 2 cars. Full internet access.
Everything is furniture.
I prefer someone who does not smoke and works in Costa Rica.
