I am renting two separate rooms in a house at Gračani (zone Podsljeme). Rooms are on the 1st floor of the house and have a separate entrance. Both rooms have a bed, a desk, a closet, free Wi-Fi and a view to the City. Theres a shared living room with a balcony (a small terrace) that has a table and chairs, which is ideal for coffee or tea time, relaxing and dining. Theres also a shared bathroom, fridge and an electric stove. If desired, tenants can have a barbecue in the garden. With an additional fee of 2$, laundry machine is also available. Each tenant has a secured parking spot. In a range of 5 minutes by walk from the house, there is: a grocery store, a tram stop, a bus stop, a pastry shop, coffee shops, Sljeme forest and a beautiful little church (St. Mihaels church). Medical center is 10-15 minutes by tram. If you want to go to the Old historic town (the heart of the City of Zagreb) you need 20-30 minutes by tram. This is quiet and peaceful city area and there is no traffic noise. Peace, quiet, panoramic view to the City and a wonderful Mountain Medvednica (Sljeme) fresh air are the reason why this part of town is one of its most exclusive areas. The surroundings of this neighborhood are ideal for hiking, bike rides and nice long walks.
