THE PROPERTY
From the first view, this large family home welcomes and appeals with an abundance of space, natural light and comfortable furnishings. Set within a large garden and boasting a sea view, this property invites families and friends to regroup and relax in an environment of peace and tranquility. The house comfortably accommodates 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. There is also a smaller sister property closeby that is available to rent from us, should your party be larger.
THE HOUSE
Our St Briac-sur-mer property is filled with natural light, furnished in a modern, elegant style and promises comfort to each of its guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances to allow you to easily prepare home cooked meals using some of the finest local produce (this area is particularly renowned for the quality of its seafood). This room then opens out into the dining area, where the wall facing the garden is made completely of glass panes, allowing a calming view of the surrounding greenery whilst you sit down to dinner.
The spacious living room is furnished with a large, comfortable L-shaped couch and a selection of chairs that look out through another glass-panelled wall across the garden and out to the bay beyond. From this room you can access the outdoor terrace, a perfect place to enjoy an evening aperitif whilst watching the sunset. Also downstairs is a cosy study, featuring a large, rustic writing desk and more comfortable seating. Two bedrooms are also on this level, one containing a double bed and one with 2 twin singles, ideal for children.
The remaining bedrooms occupy the first floor, 2 featuring comfortable double beds and 2 with twin singles. All bedrooms are spacious and airy, using high quality linens.
There are 3 amply sized, smoothly tiled bathrooms upstairs, all with a large walk-in shower.
