Hi, I am looking for one or two people to share the house and land.
Getting on would be essential and we would need to meet, or chat before.
Its a large open plan house with private bedrooms.
The house is set in stunning wild countryside, with a river running through. Near the lively medieval village of Caunes Minervois, near Carcassonne.
Rowena is a potter and has her pottery in a separate building on the land.
I am open to good people who would enjoy this lovely place. I have a vegi garden and would be happy to share it! Loads of wonderful space for fun or even projects!

We would share housework and discuss an agreement regarding aspects of house sharing.
Cooking is with a large modern range, using gass bottles, so we would share the cost.
Water is free, from an amazing source,
Electricity is basically in with the rent, however use of extra hi usage appliances would need a contribution!
Wifi free.
