Living / dining room: Room 36 m with triple exposure (east, west, south). A sofa, two armchairs, Fireplace. VCR, DVD player, television. No Internet connection.

Room 1 on the ground floor: Room of 10,3m on the east side overlooking the terrace. Bed for two people.

Fully fitted new kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer

Bedroom 2 upstairs West Side: Bed sofa for two people with drawers.

Bedroom 3 upstairs West Side: Two single beds with drawer.

Large bathroom overlooking the garden (east side) with bath and two sinks. Storage available.


TRAVELLERS have access to the entire house except two rooms: the basement and a small room upstairs.

The neighborhood is very quiet. The House Is 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from downtown by foot. The situation is ideal to enjoy the city while being in a quiet place. You will enjoy the summer in Normandy thanks to the garden (barbecue available).

The area offers different amenities (bakery, tobacco / press, butcher, hairdresser, few restaurants), farmer market on Saturday and a supermarket at a Hundred meters.

The accommodation is accessible by bus, tram and bicycles. You can park your car outside the house in the street or on a small square at the end of the street.

Other items available: barbecue, Piano for fans, hair dryer, Intercom.

Restrictions:
Smokers are allowed but I would be very grateful if travelers could smoke outside the house.
The animals are accepted. However I would like them not to climb upstairs or on sofas.
