All amenities in the beautiful medieval village of Eymet, small supermarket and lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Animations all along the year. Night and day markets, exhibitions, fairs...
This is an ideal place to spend a few months if you are house hunting or would like to try living in South West France for a while.
We live next door and are on hand if any assistance is required.
The property consists in the following accommodation :
Le Gte des Chnes is to one side of our house and completely private and independent. It looks out over the valley and oak woods and has been newly restored with everything in it new. Wifi and satellite TV for channels from abroad.
Open for Holiday rental. Prices are from 520 to 1440 per week from the Winter season to the Peak season.
Also open for long lets from September to June. Monthly price is 1210 for at least 8 weeks booked together. All charges included ie electricity, water, central heating, wood for the stove and for the pleasure of the fire, Wifi, satellite TV with international channels, bed linen and towels at the beginning of the stay.
