All bookings need to be secured by a 30% deposit at the time of booking,
The Deposit paid at the time of booking is NON Refundable under any circumstances
The balance and security deposit of euro 800,00* will be paid within 45 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings where the balance has not been paid by the due date,
Payment for 30% at time of booking: Paypal

Payment for the balance and security deposit 45days before arrival: Paypal or Bank Transfer (Details will be emailed to you upon confirmation).

Cancellation Refunds:
For any cancellation, refunds will be the following:
60 days before arrival: 100%,
30 days before arrival: 50% of total,
30 days no refunds.

Insurance:
We reccomend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance as protection at the time of booking in case of cancellation and also cover you for medical extra costs should the unforeseen happen.

Security Deposit
Security Deposit Payment will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to house state control.
