Ermionida, in the southeastern edge of Argolis opposite the islands of Hydra and Spetses, is one of the loveliest corners of Greece, where myth, legend and breathtaking landscapes weave a bewitching tapestry. The best way to get here is to fly to Athens and then Ermionida is a 2-hour drive overland. Between the 2 main coastal towns of Ermionida (Ermioni and PortoHeli), in a protected rural property, our Residential Complex is located in front of a small picturesque bay. All houses are fully equipped with furniture, water heater, A/C, refrigerator and small electric cooker with cooking utensils. In the Complex there are also 2 playgrounds and a cafeteria snack bar with a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. The Complex is just 10 min by car from Ermioni and the local amenities. The house can be a great base for your daytrips to other small villages, or the Saronic islands Hydra and Spetses or even little farther to Epidaurus, with the remarkable ancient theatre, or to Mycenae. We only offer long term rentals of 3 months or more. The above rental price 420 euros per month + electricity & water is for house 50 m by the sea from May until the end of October (6 months).For renting from July until the end of September (3 months) the rental price is 780 euros per month + electricity & water.
