Our vacation rental is a ground floor, fully furnished non A/C, 2 bedroom house with attached bathrooms, hall, kitchen, and dining room for exclusive use of guests. Guests can cook their own food or buy from local eateries.
This is also availabe on A I R bnb.
The two bedrooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, pillows and bed linen. Fresh bed
linen is provided once in ten days. Additional pillows and quits can be made available on
request. The Attached bathrooms have showers, buckets, mugs and hot water.
The kitchen is equipped with gas connection and two ring burner stove, refrigerator,
microwave, toaster, electric kettle, chopper and Forbes drinking water purifier. All
cooking utensils, pressure cookers, electric rice cooker, assorted pots and pans, crockery,
cutlery, storage containers and other cooking equipment are provided.
The dining room can seat four and all dining crockery has been provided.
Satellite TV and WIFI is available. Washing machine, ironing box, clothes drying stands
with clips are provided for your use. Housekeeping service is provided on a prearranged
schedule.
We are kid friendly: High chair for baby, baby monitor, mini food blender, kids games,
books and toys can made available on request.
There is power back up (inverter) in case of power cuts and the house is made safe from
mosquitoes with electric repellents and screen guards on all doors and windows. This is a
non-A/C house, four-wheeler parking is outside the house in a safe area.
We dont boast modern luxurious facilities, ours is a compact house with a homely
atmosphere. It is comfortably furnished for a small family of four, we are flexible to
accommodate more guest on prior intimation. This is a safe area for ladies, ideal for small
families, relocating, students, staff, visiting relations, medical tourism. With moderate
climate most of the year, this is a quiet residential locality.
Grocery shops, ATMs, local eateries, day care and kindergarten schools, medical facilities
are within walking distance. Autos and Taxis are easily available. The house is 2 kms from
Podanur Railway Station, 3 kms from L&T campus, Gee Dee Public School, 1km from
Eechanari Bypass road. 9 kms from KG hospital, 6 kms from Aarya Vidhya Pharmacy and
