Hi there,

I am owner of a bungalow which me and my dog butters live. We occupy the ground floor of the house.

I have 2 rooms to rent in the basement, one is currently rented to a easy going professional.

The larger of the two rooms is the one currently available.

We all share the full kitchen at the ground floor.
The basement has a laundry room a communal room and a bathroom with a shower.

There is a fridge in the basement for the tenants as well as a larger freezer.

There is no issue with parking and we have a large yard that is also shared.

Internet and electricity is included in the rent. cable tv is not currently installed but could be installed but additional cost would be added.
