We rent one flat in Mayspring condo, two of our flatmate who live in the common room and master-room both with private bathroom will move out in the end of March thus we are finding a flatmate who can move in on the first of April.

The condo just in front of Bukit Panjang LRT, a lot of bus can take around this area, 190 960 700 700A 972 ....... direct bus to city area around 20 mins or less, 966 direct bus to eunos(east side), 963R direct bus to Santosa, 180 direct bus to Bonn lay, a lot of bus can take to west side area.
There are two shopping mall 5 mins walk can reach.
BBQ area, Swimming pool ,Gym, Tennis court, Table tennis all including.
Brand new aircondition installed three months ago.
There is no owner live with us, we are all friendly and easy going, can cook, can have party, can bring friends......
