Hello our future housemate ,

My names Petz Patiyut from Thailand. I have just rent a townhouse just 5 mins walk to BTS. Thonglor with one of my friendly friend. The house located in a nice quiet neighborhood.The reason I rent this house is because I want to have a real kitchen(plus a big oven)to cook.Now we are renovating the house. I think it would finish in December(Hopefully the beginning of Dec.) Your room is fully furnished plus have a new renovation when you are moved in.

We would like to rent one bedroom to our new housemate. We would pick our new house mate from what we think you are the one who would get along with us best first. Then we would let you bid the price. The price would start from 9,000Baht Here are what type of perfect person we are looking for.....
1. Neat and clean.
2. No noisy party at house. But we could have a cooking party with music. Ps. we are in 30S so we are listen to normal main stream music on billboard chart.
3. Open mind and easy to get along.
4. If you want to have a friend to stay overnight. You need to have our permission as the owner of the house is quite strict. And they might cancel our contract next year if something goes wrong.
5. If you love to cook would be a plus points ^__^
