$50 room for rent in Istanbul Marmara

I want to rent to sharing rooms of our house consisting of 4 rooms and 1 living room in Cihangir district of Avcılar friendly erasmus students (Turkish or other languages). Your sex does not matter. The location is near to university campuses in Avcılar, Kkekmece, Beylikdz and other on the metrobus line. The public transport is in front of the house.

There are high speed internet in the house, one pc, alcohol bar, LCD TV in every room, washing machine. Every day, laundry is done regularly and home meals are made. The room to rent is also equipped with a bunk bed and basement. It is enough for incoming friends to come with only personal items. When you want, you can benefit from common areas and equipment.

I do not want a deposit. The first rent will be taken to the house upon arrival. I want to rent regularly on the first day of every month. The rent is 200 Dolars (all included and per person) per month.
