FACILITIES
This White Mansion, is located on one of the nine Princes Islands in the Marmara Sea, close to Istanbul (35 minutes by motorboat).
The house is on the third floor of the mansion, facing a splendid view from the balcony, seeing the sea (280 degree) and Heybeli Island.
Besides having 3 large bedrooms (two double, one single), its avaliable for one more person to sleep on the couch in the living room.
Sheets, blankets, towels, all kind of kitchen equipments are avaliable.

Going to the sea to swim is 5-7 minutes by walking. Going to the centre is 15 minutes by walking; 8 minutes by surrey( a cab taken with two horses and a driver).
Water bill is included in the price, while electricity and heating expenses are to be paid by the tenant if consumed.
