$905 room for rent in Hastings Southeast England

I have just acquired this property, situated in St Leonards On Sea. In whole it is unfurnished, and to be honest in need of updating. It is my intention from the start to make use of the rent you pay to bring the place up to spec. If youre interested in moving into a blank page and having a say in how it can be made better then lets crack on. I have one large double room, and a standard size double room to rent in what I hope will become a friendly environment to live in. I am the only other person that will live at the property but may have to stay. There will be a pet within the house, one bearded dragon. He is very well trained and happy to watch the same program as you, just dont touch his food!! I am looking for people to share my home and hopefully feel comfortable and welcome.

The bathroom will be shared by all occupants, along with the living room and kitchen, a schedule can be comprised to make all parties feel comfortable, but hope at some point that we get on and can have movie/food nights etc.

The property is on a bus route which goes directly to Hastings town centre and the University Campuses, and also the local Hospital. (The property is a 10 minute drive to the local hospital, Conquest). The nearest station is St Leonards Warrior Square, a fair 15/20min walk. (Better if you drive!!)

There is off road parking.
