This single room is in a very friendly house share environment (friendly).

We are a very happy, fun, nice, courteous and hospitable friendly social... We are tidy, respectful of peoples privacy and belongings..

We have a 10yr old son, 17yr and 14 yr old daughter. 14yrold attends boarding school so only stays home during school holiday. - therefore female tenant only

We respect peoples space as well as their culture andwe expect the same (therefore NO ALCOHOL and PORK in the house)

If these sounds ok then please get in touch and you will be welcome in the house.. If it is short term then the rent will be 120 per week
