$825 room for rent in Champaign East Central IL

Im a 32 yo F medical professional who is moving to Champaign for a new job. Currently, I have a one year lease for a 2b/2b apartment in a new luxury apartment building located downtown Champaign. Lease begins Aug 10, 2019. I will likely not move in until September or later as certain licensing requirements are taking a while.

I will have the 2nd bedroom/bathroom, unfurnished to sublet/rent month to month starting Aug 10th. From Aug 10th to Sept, you will likely have the entire apartment to yourself. Im flexible with duration of rent and whether you want to sublet the entire apartment (both bedrooms(~$1625) or just one(~$825).

Garage parking is extra. Internet, sewer, electric, water, lawn care included w/ cap up to $75 cap. w/d in unit, Balcony included, rooftop lounge, 5 minute walk from downtown Champaign to walk to shops/restaurants/etc.

I have a relaxed personality, and will be out of town a lot. Please contact me for any questions, etc.
One bedroom($825) sublet OR if youd like to take over my entire lease, that can be negotiated.
