I Have a completely furnished room available just a few blocks from University of Scranton, Moses Taylor, CMC, and Mercy hospital. It is a beautiful newly remodeled 3 story, 6 bedroom house. The room is $155 a week which includes all utilities. Room has own lock and comes with flat screen tv, cable and Internet. There are security cameras & an alarm system as well for safety. Looking for WORKING RESPECTFUL PEOPLE ONLY. Temporary or short term tenants are ok, no lease to sign.NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO DRUGGIES, NO DRAMA!!! I get a lot of emails about if the room is $155 a month or week it is $155 PER WEEK.


I am sorry to have to put this in the ad but, if you are UNEMPLOYED, ON DRUGS, or have an ALCOHOL problem, or have been EVICTED from a prior residence in the past please keep looking it is not that kind of weekly room for rent.
