Unique Country House on a small working farm. Quiet, peaceful and the ability to walk some of the property when the urge occurs. Some have commented that its like staying at Walden Pond. In fact, there is a 3 acre pond named Iris Pond on the property. No street lights, motion sensor only so the night sky is beautiful. Plus enjoy the upper bedroom balcony for a wonderful bit of fresh country air. Or the downstairs deck with its on BBQ grill.
Large, working stone fireplace we encourage tenants to use, separate dining room. Definitely a one of a kind home. It is a home not recommended for small children, nor someone who has trouble with steep steps. Pets will be considered on a one on one basis, and if approved must be walked in the upper pasture on a leash. Additional pet deposit will be required if approved.
Furnishings and utilities are included in the price. However, there will be an addendum for utilities so they do not exceed a maximum price. No housekeeping is included.
