Located midway between Seattle and Tacoma I enjoy life living here in my 3000 square foot lake house.

I lease out my 3 guest rooms for short-mid term length stays. Amenities include free off street parking, use of my laundry room, (with limitations) Wifi, Amazon movies & shows.
Use of my private dock, fishing gear, paddle boards, rowboat, firepit and 2 bbq grills on my entertainment sized deck.

This nicely decorated bedroom features a 40 HQTV Amazon & Netflix movies and shows are included, a king size bed, twin, and a twin day bed with twin trundle. Quality mattresses, bedding, pillows and towels are here for you to use. The room also has Wi-Fi, AC, a full closet, 2 dressers, & desk.

The common areas of the house are shared by tenants and I which include; my large- well equipped kitchen, a kitchenette in the basement which has a second fridge and pantry storage space for each room, living room and family room, a powder room, and a laundry room.

Accommodations are for 2 guests per room with potential for up to a 4 person group in the master bedroom, for an additional fee. Pre approved, quiet, well trained, and well behaved dogs and cats are welcome to stay for day.
