At the crossing of Jiaozhou Rd and Xinzha Rd, the building is at the heart of the Jingan commercial area and close to the landmark, Jingan Temple. It is close to a bunch of office buildings, shopping malls, and transportation nexus.
This apartment is in the best location in Shanghai. It is right on the intersection of Jiaozhou Road and Xinzha road (274 Jiaozhou Road, 274).

It is:
- 10 minute-walk from Jing An Temple metro station, line 2 and 7.
- 10 minutes away from Crystal Galleria mall, where there are many great restaurants and shops, and a gym.
- 10 minutes away from the wonderful Jing An Park.
- A few meters away from several restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and bars of the famous Wuding lu, a place for night life and brunches. If you are new to the Shanghai, I can show you on a map)
- Close to good quality supermarkets, selling local and imported products.

Across the residence, there is a Wagas coffee shop, and many restaurants a few meters away. The building is very safe. There is a 24hr security guard. Residents are a mix of expats and native friendly.

The apartment is fully furnished with a TV, huge sofa, dining room with 6 chairs, washing machine / dryer, microwave, a fridge, an air filter. You will share a living room, a kitchen and a washroom with me. You will not need to buy anything extra for the apartment, I can provide all the dishes and cutlery, and kitchen appliance. It is perfect for a new comer in town, and for people who like cooking as it is equipped with a good oven. The kitchen is an open bar, with a bright window on a quite lane.
The bathroom is very clean as the flat is regularly cleaned at the cost of RMB100 per person per month by the ayi.

YOUR BEDROOM

Your bedroom is comfy, equipped with a double bed, a desk, air conditioning, drawers and nightstands, and a cupboard accessible from the living room. Many extra spaces are available if you need.
You can use the whole apartment to read, watch movies or have friends over for dinner.

One and a half month deposit is required.
