We are looking for a good fit for our home that is peaceful, progressive and drug and smoke free. The 2 bedrooms are side by side, however I keep a third bedroom on the other side of the house for me, when not traveling.

This newly remodeled bungalow located 3 miles from St. Pete and Treasure Island beaches in a quiet, safe neighborhood and walking distance to the Pinellas Trail, breweries, grocery and pharmacies. This is a peaceful, drama-free, smoke and drug free progressive environment in a great location and all tenants must be quiet , clean and drug free.

It is fully furnished with a queen bed and computer work space. We are located 1/2 mile from Stetson Law school and 10 minutes from St Pete College, downtown St. Pete and Gulfport. All utilities are included: WIFI, Central heat/air , washer / dryer, with ample private parking on property. The bathroom is shared, and has also been completely updated with a marble shower. Beautiful bamboo floors throughout. You will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and furnished living room. The yard is fully fenced for privacy with a butterfly garden.

We have a 3 night minimum and may consider longer term if you are a good fit. Great spot for transitional person, business traveler or short term snowbird. We also have one bicycle and snorkel gear to lend for use as it is an easy cycle to downtown St. Pete, Gulfport or the beaches.
