This is a beautiful and cozy 2BR house which I have transformed into a great little beach bungalow meets zen style home which is great for or up to two couples. The house is part of a duplex but you only share one wall and the property is completely divided so it truly feels like your own house. The house is modern minimalist style meets California beach yet is loaded with all the bells and whistles you want when away from home and living the California lifestyle at its finest. Being a lifelong resident of Los Angeles I think this area is truly one of the best in the city and many others also think so as Culver City is home to a lot of the hottest restaurants in the city and yet is only 5 minutes from the beach. The house is located just steps away from the bike path which takes you right down to Venice and comes with three bikes for your use as well. I lived in this house myself for two years before offering it for rent to others. I have a background in design and construction, so lots of little conveniences are built in.

The great backyard has a BBQ, organic vegetable garden, cafe lights for ambiance along with partial shade top if its too hot, chaise lounge with high end cushions for two people to sit and tan or relax and read a book. In addition there is a farm style table for up to 6 people to enjoy your BBQ outside and also a patio heater which is rarely needed :) The backyard has a super high privacy hedge so you can enjoy the sun all to yourself!

The home is located in Culver City which is the neighboring little city next to Venice and I am very close to the border of each so you are super close to everything with great freeway access also if you want to visit other parts of LA. When you arrive to LAX the house is also only 7 minutes away so its super convenient for that as well. Venice is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on bikes, Manhattan Beach is only 15 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bike on the nice smooth and mostly flat bike path which is just outside. I ride down to Manhattan or Venice on my bike almost every weekend in summer! Cool little restaurants and bars very nearby. The home has AC also in case you need it but most of the time its perfect because you are so close to the beach.

For those active and into health, the living room has a nice essential oil diffuser you are free to use along with essential oils, two yoga mats for you which you can use in the backyard or at a nearby studio I can recommend. There is also a GREAT Sunday Farmers Market only 5 minutes away which is my favorite in all of Los Angeles. I also provide you with two chairs for the beach and a very nice umbrella as well to get a little shade.

The bedrooms each have top of the line bedding and mattresses for a great nights sleep. The master has a high quality pillow top California King (bigger than a King!) and the other bedroom is outfitted as an office/guest bedroom. It has a a beautiful desk, office chair and printer + high end sleeper sofa which transforms into a double bed. When its down and made up you cant even tell its a sleeper sofa and most people mistake it for a bed.

Free high speed WiFi throughout the home and backyard as well as NetFlix and satellite TV with all cable channels including movies channels in both the living room and master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer inside the house as well next to the kitchen.

As I have lived my entire life in LA and always by the beach I have made this place my little gem and now its your turn to enjoy it while in LA!
