The townhouse is located in the Lake Anne community with walking distance to shops, farmers market, outdoor concerts, and Reston Town Center. Reston Association offers lots of pools and tennis courts to choose from. And the wide variety of running paths along the wooded ravines, lakes and golf courses is endless. It really is a great community.

Reston is on the Silver Line metro. It is a cab ride from Dulles International airport, one mile to 267 toll road, ~10 minutes (without traffic) to the 495 beltway, ~15 minutes to Tysons Corner, ~30 minutes to downtown DC, ~40 minutes to Rockville.
