$131 room for rent in Manila National Capital

Im looking for 1-2 female roomies na pwede kasama magshare ng 1-br Condo Unit with balcony (walking distance from FEU, UST and nearby review centers)

Php 7,550 yung rent PER PERSON inclusive na yung association dues and wifi bill BUT excluded dyan yung water and elec bill.

Good for 3-4pax yung unit, ako na yung isa.

Condo unit is near FEU, UST and review centers (walking distance lang sya)

Bedroom is separated sa living/kitchen and dining area so may extra privacy when sleeping. hehe

With own bathroom (may heater na po hehe)

Provided na ang:

FIBR wifi

double sized bunk bed with lockable drawers for safekeeping

AC(2units ng ac yan since one is pang bedroom and isa is pang sala)

refrigerator

induction stove

kettle water heater

rice cooker

washing machine

sofa sa living area

microwave

tv w/ cable

drawer for clothes

I could also provide the plates, utensils, mug, glass etc. since ive already bought enough things good for 3-4pax

Alkaline water purifier (hindi na need bumili ng water every week since may pang filter naman na)

Basically, ill be providing almost everything, clothes and self mo nalang ang need mo dalhin HAHAH

Pwede kayo magluto and maglaba,

No curfew since youll have your own key

Visitors and overnights are allowed.

24/7 security

May lobby, study area, jogging path, gym, sauna, and pool

Madaming kainan sa baba, may 7/11 sa ilalim, and walking distance lang from jollibee, mcdo, chowking etc

Mabait ako kasama, and aral friendly yung unit.

if ever, minimum stay po sana is 6mos

If ever, willing din sana mag downpayment yung magiinquire para maiayos yung sa reservation.
