My boyfriend and I live in a 3bed/3.5bath townhouse. We are looking to rent out the spare room with the en suite (9x15). The room is $1500, all inclusive: rent, internet, trash, water, electric. We are open for a wide range of leases: short-term, month-to-month, and long-term. The room has a queen size bed, a nightstand, a mirror, and a dresser. There are two closets, but apologies, youll only have use of one, as the one on the right is being used for storage. The house is 3 blocks to the Ballston metro station. Parking is rather tricky, but there is street parking a short walk from the house. We are a 15-20 minute walk to Clarendon where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as walking distance to Ballston Quarter - mall, gym, movie theater, food/bars.
