$4000 4 bedroom in Little Portugal Toronto Area

We are a family of 5 (3 kids) looking to head south for a few weeks to two months this coming winter and rent out our house while were away. Were open to any 2-week to 2-month period between Dec. 26, 2019 and April 30, 2020.

The house was fully renovated top to bottom in 2011 and is a family-friendly paradise in the wonderful Dufferin Grove neighbourhood. There are 4 bedrooms, including a king-bed master bedroom, 1 massive kids room on the 2nd floor with climbing wall, triple bunkbed, fort and large deck, and 2 lovely kids rooms on the 3rd floor with their own bathroom.

The house is full of kid-friendly touches throughout, including an indoor swing, lots of toys and games, and much more.

This is our dream home and for the right family, it could be yours for two to eight weeks this winter (wed consider shorter or longer, but it would also depend on timing).

NOTE: we only rent our house out through sublet because of the insurance and the review system (were picky about whom we rent to, and we only rent to responsible families - this is our home).
