Youll feel right at home in this spacious and light corner room in our simple yet elegant home. The room has a queen size bed, large built-in dresser, closet, recliner, desk, desk chair, night stands with lamps, mini-fridge with freezer and hardwood floors.

We would share a large, modern kitchen and living room, covered patio and gardens. Off street parking available. The full bath is semi-private only in that if a client needs to use the bathroom that is the one they use. This rarely happens (I work mostly by phone). The bathroom is also quite small, but clean and modern.

This is one of the best neighborhoods (Ferry Street Bridge area) in Eugene with close access to just about everything. There is a large park at the end of the street. Alton Baker Park is 5 minutes away and has miles of walking/biking/running trails.

I work from home so the house has to stay tidy. No smoking/vaping. No drugs. No drama.
