We are looking for 1 or 2 individuals to fill the Master suite we have available. Roommate must be clean!!!!

Small Room:

Room available for move-in and the rent is $1200 and $1800 for a large room for a minimum 6 months lease, one additional person is $250 extra per month.

The entire house was completely rebuilt from the ground up in late 2018. It has Italian marble flooring, Luxury Kitchen, Laundry Machine free for residents, and many other upgrades.

Located in the heart of San Francisco. Easy commute access to Downtown via Bus 19 & 44, freeways 101, and 280. We also have lots of parking both in the house and on the street as we only have 3 homes on our block.

We have a neighborhood watch, Security and we have a safe community.

Its 2 blocks away from the water/beach.

Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance or you could Drive, Uber/Lyft, Bike, take bus 19 or 44.
Nearby Grocery stores are Safeway, Trader Joe, Whole Foods Market

Lease Term and deposit:
1 year or 6 months lease is available. The longer the lease, the more you save on your rent.

Move-in cost: First month/Last month rent + onetime Cleaning of $250 Additional person in the room who stays more than 5 days per month is $250 extra.

All Utilities are included in the price of the rent. Free street parking available on our block by the house
