Plenty of street parking right out front. Share all common areas with me and the other tenant. We have a pretty relaxed and cozy place; we co-exist will. Looking for someone who fits well into my cozy spot.

NOTE: This is not an apartment, this is a room/ shared house space. The basement ROOM is the largest in the house and has a private half bath. Must share shower upstairs.
