Are you are looking for a quiet and private room while you are traveling for work? We focus on traveling nurses and other professionals as were conveniently located 5 miles SE from downtown Jacksonville across the St. Johns river; 3 blocks west of Memorial Hospital and Brooks Rehabilitation Center right off Beach Blvd, with convenient access to I-95 and 20 minutes from the beach.

As a former IT consultant, I know how it can be on the road working all the time so we try to make it feel as much like home as possible. All utilities are included with a W/D in the unit. Theres internet throughout and each room has its own TV. With one room occupied by the on-site property manager who maintains the property and cleans the common areas. Theres also weekly cook-outs for the guests if theyre interested.

The room for rent has a bed, closet, love seat, Ottoman and TV (the photo has not been updated to show love seat or TV yet) and youll have a private bath, although its not in the bedroom. The kitchen and common room are shared with the PM and another renter.
