The railroad line is a 10-minute drive for access to all of the main cities in Italy.

Perfect as a winter/spring retreat for writers, teachers, artists to relax or work on a project and have access to the cultural surroundings, including the Etruscan cities of Orvieto, Civita, Viterbo, natural hot springs and volcanic lakes and some of the best food Italy has to offer, bringing together cuisines from Lazio and its bordering regions of Tuscany and Umbria among many other enriching experiences.

The owners are ex-pats living in Italy for the past 20+ years. Known for their fantastic hosting skills they will be there to help you settle in and answer all of your questions and will also be available during your stay for any assistance needed.
