Parking area for 2 cars with convenient steps to entrance of suite.
French doors on the south side open to a spacious yard, firepit with seating area, outdoor dining table, needle path to hammock area, kayak storage area and dock.
The tranquility found here is unmatched. The studio has 1-ft thick walls that keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. One previous tenants have stayed 1- to 4 years.
