Long term stay in a nice furnished Huge Room available Now. $900/month. Furniture is fairly new. Electricity, WiFi, and Cable with over 200 Channels (w/HBO) all included. 42 inch TV included. You have your own cabinet space in kitchen. Bathroom is shared. Fairly new elevator in building. Nice busy neighborhood with everything you need locally (supermarket, laundromat, fastfood, hardware store, pharmacy, Number 1 train, etc.). There are currently 3 of us occupying the apartment. 2 women and 1 man (me). We are in our Early 30s. We work and keep to ourselves most of the time. Very quiet. I do all of the main cleaning and the other 3 clean after themselves. Looking for a working respectful individual that pays on time.
