There is plenty of living space for the 4 people that live here (including you); two decks (up and down) with great views, air conditioned lounge, and separate chill out area, plus downstairs rumpus/tv room, that opens onto large deck and fenced back yard.

Rent includes wi-fi, electricity, gas & water + basic shared communal groceries. We have cable for Netflix and Stan channels and enjoy the occasional board or card game, when we have time.

You would be sharing with 3 people + our cat - who likes to think he rules the place. I work and the others are studying at Uni/College and work part time.

Its not a loud party house, but we do enjoy talking about our days over dinner when not all busy. With 2 separate decks theres plenty of space to have private catch up with friends. Main house rules are strictly no-smoking inside house and be respectful of others (re music etc).

The Gap is a great suburb and community to live. Plenty of parks, bush walks and even a local reservoir (man-made dam) - with kayaks & SUPs for hire
