I have been hit by the recent downturn in the economy. Have a second bedroom that I use for guests/family, in a quiet yet conveniently located building in this leafy town. Bus and train to the city at the doorstep and local buses as well. one block from local comfort food eatery, library, Panera and other and shops.
I live and work here as a translator and you have the room and bathroom to yourself. Unlimited internet and limited access to the kitchen as I don;t like to use the kitchen very much, yet common area is spacious and includes full dining room. Views on two sides, the mountain on one side, the city on the other. Neat and cleanliness important and low key life too. Ideal for doctor/intern/nurse or health employee from nearby Hackensack /Mountainside hospital almost across the street.
