I am subleasing my three bedroom three bathroom townhouse at Riverwalk. The house is right outside of the grid. The ECU bus comes here as well! Paid for until May.
My base rent is $375, maintenance, internet and all utilities are included. You will get a $200 utility cap for the whole house so my utilities last month was less than $7. If you go over $200 you just pay the differences. I do have two other roommates but they are also moving out. I am in the downstairs bedroom! I have taken great well care of the room by deep cleaning every spot weekly to even include the window seals so you can leave them open if you want.
The lease ends August 30th! You can renew as well.
There is a $45 application fee (over 18). After that you will have to pay the sublease fee of $100 (I can split this with you)!
