Feel safe, comfortable and welcome in this cosy, self contained, fully furnished garden suite on the property of our character home. Private entrance through beautiful garden with landscape night lighting.

The Canada Line subway station is two blocks and leaves every 3 minutes for downtown waterfront (9 min ride), the airport (17 min ride) and stops in between!

Very walkable neighbourhood (scoring 81%). Just two blocks to bank, medical clinic, pharmacy and restaurants in South Cambie Village; and four blocks to bank, shopping, restaurants, antique stores, boutiques and evening entertainment on trendy Main street. Its an easy walk to Queen Elizabeth Park & Gardens, Riley Park Community Centre & Pool (formerly Olympic venue) and the Nat Bailey Baseball Stadium. A bus stops directly in front of our house and leaves every 10 minutes for the University of British Columbia (26 minute ride), the Brentwood Mall (29 min ride) and stops in between!

In nice weather, the backyard nicely extends the liveable area. The garden area has two wooden lounge chairs to relax in, and a patio table & chairs under a pergola covered in grape vines. The sounds youll hear will be Wrens, Chickadees, Woodpeckers, and Blue Jays. Our wireless internet works there too.

Bedroom - single bed (40 wide) with pillows, linens, alarm clock, armoire closet.

Living Area - Cable HD TV 36, Wireless Internet, electric recliner lounge chair.

Kitchenette - dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and convection oven, glass top two burner stove, fridge/freezer, pots/pans.

Bathroom - shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels and complimentary soap & shampoo.

The ceiling is 13 feet high with a remote control skylight. There is an umbrella by the door for your convenience.

Main House - you have a key to the basement of the main house for access to the front loading washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap. There is also an iron and ironing board for your use.

All utilities and taxes are included in the price.
