The 2nd room is furnished with queen Tempur-Pedic bed, marble desk, 32-inch tv and lounging chair. I can add a twin size bed to comfortably accommodate . The bathroom is adjacent to the room, in the hallway.

The FIRST floors fully-furnished living and dining rooms, fully-equipped kitchen and back deck are solely used by the occupants of the 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. This 1st floor has original crown molding, hardwood floors, 11-foot ceilings and two decorative fireplaces.
