Hello, I am looking for two males to take over my and my roommates lease at the Cottages of Tempe - ready for an August 2020 move in. The community is gated and ranges from 18-24 year old residents. There are many amenities that are included with your rent: pool, hot tub, barbecues, lounge area, pool table, table tennis, steam room, sauna, workout facility, free coffee, free printing, study rooms, computers and many events for residents happening around the complex. The rate I have is $804 and my roommates is 859 for a fully furnished room, bathroom connected as well as a walk in closet. A BONUS with this room is a mini fridge and a TV, included! No other room deals come with all of these extras included. You will be living with 3 other respectful, clean and fun male roommates.
